HEART OF FLESH

This dynamic oil painting is part of my ‘Freedom Series’. The original artwork painted in oils represents God’s ability to transform our hard hearts, hence our lost condition, and gives us a new heart.
STAND FIRM

The main figure in this painting is surrounded by three strongmen. They try to bind him with ropes, in an attempt to drag him into the outer darkness. He stands firm in the light, regardless of their best efforts to entangle him.
ONE BLOOD

This gouache painting was completed directly onto the canvas and painted in gouache, an opaque watercolour paint. I used this medium most often as a freelance illustrator and really enjoyed developing this piece.
Life is found in the blood. The same blood types are found in all races. Differences are merely skin deep or culturally flavoured, but all people are related.
